This schema describes an interval of time. The interval can be defined by a precise start and end time, a precise start time and a duration, a duration and a precise end time, or a date and a part of the day (morning, afternoon, evening, night). The schema does not address whether the start or end time point itself is included in the interval (i.e., whether the defined interval includes the boundary point(s) or not).
