Schema library [references IEEE 1752.1]

Our common data schemas specify the format and content of data and define the meaningful distinctions for each clinical measure. Where relevant, our schemas reference, or are superseded by, the published IEEE 1752.1 schemas. Where IEEE schemas are not available (i.e., in progress and not yet published, or currently not in scope), we define the needed schemas.
